What is “Hill of Tara”? Talking about Hill of Tara during my english language corse in Dublin! :)

Few days ago my teacher of the English Language School told me something about a beautiful place, UNESCO world heritage, called: “Hill of Tara“. The Hill of Tara is an archaeological complex located in County Meath, no far from Dublin. It contains ancient monuments and was the seat of  the High King of Ireland. On the top of the hill stands a stone pillar that was the Irish  Lia Fáil (Stone of Destiny), on which the High King of Ireland was crowned. For many centuries historians worked to discover Tara’s mysteries and suggested that  the Hill of Tara was the island’s political and spiritual capital. I was really curious and yesterday afternoon, after my English course Dublin, I’ve been there with my Irish family! AMAZING!!! :) :) :)
